All of the details for Malachi’s birthday celebration are listed below. Please take a moment to read through everything, and once you’re comfortable, you can RSVP at the bottom of the page.
Just a heads-up — please don’t show this page to the boys. We’re keeping everything (besides the pool 😊) a surprise for Malachi!

Malachi's 13th Birthday Celebration

🕔 Drop-Off:
Friday, January 30th at 5:00 PM
🕘 Pick-Up:
Saturday, January 31st — anytime after 4pm is fine, just please keep me posted on what time you’ll be arriving.
🎒 What To Bring
• Swim trunks
• Change of clothes
• Pajamas
• Toiletries (including toothbrush)
• Optional pocket money (in case they want to purchase anything during the stay)
Food will be provided for the boys.
🎮 Activities
The hotel has a pool so the boys will go swimming.
The boys will also participate in a Stranger Things–themed VR experience at Sandbox (Lincoln Park).

🎁 Gifts

📸 Photos & Waiver
Photos will be taken during the sleepover, pool time, and VR experience and may be used for marketing purposes.
Please let me know if you don't want your child to be included in the photos.
A waiver (for the VR) will be completed by Sarena for all the boys. Please let me know if you'd prefer to do your child's.
👨👩👦 Parents
Parents are welcome to attend if you'd like, but it is not required.
If for any reason your son is no longer able to attend, please let me know as soon as possible, as I am planning reservations and costs based on the number of boys who RSVP
