Photography & Phone Policy

At My Brothers’ Grace™, each experience is intentionally designed to be fully present, meaningful, and beautifully documented.

​

To preserve the flow of the event, personal photo-taking is paused during the main portion of our experiences so our professional photographer and videographer can capture the moments seamlessly and without interruption.

​

This allows guests to relax, be present, and trust that every important detail is being thoughtfully preserved.

​

Photography and video recording may take place throughout the event. By attending, guests acknowledge that recorded content may be used in accordance with My Brothers’ Grace™ Terms & Conditions, including for keepsakes, storytelling, marketing, and promotional purposes.

If a guest prefers not to appear in photos or video, they must notify My Brothers’ Grace™ (the host or event team) in writing prior to the event so appropriate accommodations can be made. Requests received after the event cannot be guaranteed.

​

Toward the end of each experience — typically during the final 30–60 minutes, depending on the event length — guests are welcome to take their own personal photos.
