My Brothers’ Grace™ provides event planning, coordination, and related services with the utmost care and professionalism. While we make every effort to ensure the success of your event, we cannot guarantee outcomes and are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including acts of nature, vendor errors, or venue restrictions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions for their event. Any advice or recommendations provided are intended for planning purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional counsel.

Legal Disclaimer

1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services as your event coordinator, whether for day-of coordination or full-service planning from start to finish. Full payment must be made by the date specified in the signed agreement. Until the deposit is received, services are not confirmed.
2. Scope of Services
Services provided will be detailed in the signed agreement. Any requests outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees. Our team will work closely with clients to ensure all aspects of the event are planned and executed according to the contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including guest counts, dietary needs, and venue requirements. Clients must ensure that any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions are obtained for the event, unless otherwise arranged.
4. Event Changes
Any significant changes to the event date, time, or location must be communicated in writing as soon as possible. My Brothers’ Grace™ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Vendor Coordination
While we may coordinate with third-party vendors, we are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of those vendors. Clients are responsible for contracts and payments made directly with vendors unless otherwise arranged.
6. Photography & Media
Clients, their guests, or the event itself, including preparations leading up to the event, may be photographed or recorded. Unless requested otherwise in writing, My Brothers’ Grace™ may use such media for promotional purposes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
8. Agreement
By making a booking or payment, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
